Dual Fee Structure

Understanding the budgetary constraints faced by most community associations, we offer a dual fee structure which includes affordable flat rates for most collections services and reasonable hourly rates for more specialized legal services.

Board Meeting Attendance – Special Offer

To build rapport with our community association clients, we are offering to attend a board meeting “no charge” to personally meet all the board members, discuss any concerns, and develop strategies for resolving current issues affecting the community.
